Cypress on the Green
Cypress on the Green is the most
demanding residence we have worked on and it continues to provide us with
opportunities as it continues to expand. This private residence, located on
180+ acres, consists of 15 unique structures that were design-built from the
ground up and one four bedroom guest house that was completely remodeled from
the original farmhouse. Other features of the property include:
Private Residence # 1
Hurricanes Katrina and Rita left this private residence in need of major
repairs. The damage to the home included rod and frame damage. Once
our team began repairs on the home the resident decided to put an addition
on her house and fully renovate her kitchen. In the end, we ended up
putting 6000 square feet of additions on the home, including adding a
second story. We added a 20x20 full garage with attic space, a 20x60
foot carport, and completely rebuilt her two preexisting porches.

Claiborne Towers
Located on the corner of Claiborne Ave
and Canal St in New Orleans, this historic building will be gutted and completely
renovated. Upon completion it will consist of 1200 upscale condominiums. Axcess
has been selected for all Project Management services.
333 Chartres Street
This project is currently underway in the
heart of the French Quarter. To date seven condos have been completely gutted.
Projects such as this one with historical implications require coordination with
the Vieux Carre Commission (VCC).
Giverney Development
This development will produce ¾ and 1 acre lots on 170 wooded acres. Initial
infrastructure work has been completed, including the digging of several ponds
and road development. We are currently in the project management phase of this
development.
Paloma Pines
Professional services, including permitting, have been completed on this
development which involves 14 1-acre lots.
Hidden Creek
This development, located just north of Madisonville, focuses on oversized
wooded lots with a creek meandering through. Professional services have been
completed and development continues on this unique property.
Mill Farms
Services are underway on this development. Axcess has cleared land, divided
lots, graveled driveways, erected brick pillars at each entryway, and fenced the
perimeter of the property with a wooden country fence. This subdivision consists
of a handful of 5 to 11 acre lots and will allow residents to build a home as
desired to suit their individual needs.
