Rusich Collision Center

After a fire that devastated more than half of the building, Axcess rebuilt and remodeled a total of over 20,000 square feet. This property consists of 10,000 square feet of office space and 20,000+ square feet of commercial garage space. While under renovation, the client requested an additional 2500 square feet, which included the addition and installation of two painting booths.

Scariano Brothers Complex Meat Distribution Center

This design-build project is currently underway. Axcess is erecting a 50,000 square foot facility from the ground up. The complex contains 40,000 square feet of warehouse space, including 10,000 square feet of freezer space, 10,000 square feet of refrigeration space, 5,000 square feet for dry storage and a 15,000 square foot loading dock area. This building includes the most up-to-date and innovative elements in the industry. It will satisfy the needs of the distribution center as it continues to expand.

Covington Commons

This mixed use residential / retail space will incorporate upscale retail, including large anchor stores, a health club and spa, and a family entertainment center. The space will also include limited luxury accommodations. Located on just over 80 acres in Covington, this space will use innovative technology to ensure the preservation of the existing natural environment. Preliminary architectural plans have been made with a partnering architecture firm and annexation has been approved by the City of Covington. Anchor tenants have been selected which accommodate the focus on environment and luxury. Close attention has been made, and will continue to be made throughout the entire development of the project, regarding the natural elements of the area and environmental concerns.
